rear, front, lower, high, question, stiff, spring, sittin, dampner, loose, loosen, threaded, questions, ksports, mounts, raise, threads, bring

I have a two questions 1 is I already threaded the rear lower mounts all the way down until I see the threads in it. (How u raise lower it) I want to bring up the rear a little more. Question 2 the front is a little too stiff. The dampner is all the way loose should I try to loosen up the spring a little. the front end is sittin a little high anyhow thanks Ice
