engine, block, wire, harness, thinking, modification, celica, connectors, swap, goal, bunch, 7age, putting, pick, corollas, liter, pull, today

im thinking about putting a different engine in my 86 and i was thinking about doing the 7AGE. what car would i need to get the block out of? i went out to pick and pull today to see what they had and the had a bunch of 2 liter corollas. is that the right block? i also saw a 84 celica gt which looks like it has the same wire harness connectors. what engine does that have in it? my goal for the swap would be able to do it with as little wire harness modification as possible.
