4A-GE MK1 Engine, main, time, figured, 225xxx, change, nice, berrings, specs, lost, question, berring, 4age, rods, bible, torque

I have lost my BIBLE (BGB) and need to know the torque specs on the rod and main berrings........... i figured 225xxx mi should be time to change them... ne help would be nice..... thank you N8
