Hello all. I used to have the issues where when turning off my headlights, they would continue to open and close a few times. That still happens, but not near as much as it used to. My grandpa used to own the car and had gone through some water that went over the front of it (frunk), and I have been told that the relay box on the passenger side along the frunk
