IAC? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

idle, issue, 1000-1500, warm, speed, high, 4a-ge, $120, drop, suggestion, powered, cars, bled, coolant, toyota, control, valves, times, stay, system, cooling, bounces

I am sure that Toyota Idle Air Control Valves dont go bad often, but I have bled my coolant three times now. I am certain I have no air in my cooling system, however I cant get the idle to stay put. It bounces when warm from 1000-1500, I have my idle speed set high and it isnt an issue on any of my other 4A-GE powered cars. Should I drop $120 on a new IAC? Or does anyone have a suggestion?
