plate, front, washington, imagine, require, wondering, obey, controling, important, removed, bracket, filled, owner, previous, licence, poll, requires, holes, repainted, places, bumper

in washington the law requires a front plate. the previous owner removed my bracket and filled in the holes and repainted the bumper. i like the look better without a front plate. I know some places arent quite as controling as washington and dont require one. I cant imagine why its so important. i am just wondering how many of you obey the law and keep it on.
