Beware when changing your front crank seal [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I had changed the front crank seal on my MR2 and it started leaking almost right away. I had purchased that one at Advanced auto part. But it seems that all the aftermarket seals are crap. I had to buy the one from Toyota. The parts guy said they are not made to specs. There is also this guy at my school that had a Camry and the same thing happened to him.
