rebuild, $200, worth, tranny, parts, harness, wiring, greatly, appricated, guys, tomarrow, meet, today, gotta, fully, miles, 140,xxx, engine, celica, localy, 3sgte, boost, pulled, wondering, turbo, power

so there is a guy localy that has a 3sgte out of a 91 celica that had 140,xxx miles on it. hes asking $200 for the engine. he said that it probably needs a rebuild as it didnt have the power that it once did and that the turbo would not boost fully when he pulled it. just wondering if for 200 it would be worth it to buy it and do a rebuild, buy all the other parts (tranny, wiring harness, ect) so that i could put it in my 2. i gotta go meet with him to look at it today or tomarrow so any help
