Strut Bar Bracket on Body - Bolt Torque Spec [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I replaced my front suspension bushings on my 93 MR2 Turbo. To cut out the stuck bolt holding my strut bar, I removed the bracket that the bolt goes through. This bracket bolts to the body with 4 bolts. I can not find anywhere in my service manuals what the torque specs are for the bolts. Toyota shop has no idea. Any idea?
