? about 3s swap [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I did some searching and didnt real see a real answer. My question is how hard and what is required to put a 3s-ge from a celica into a 87 mr2. Reason I ask is my friend has a 87 mr2 with a 4a-ge in it atm, bad part is its froze up. He also has a older (87 or 88ish) celica with a perfectly fine 3s-ge in it that was wrecked pretty bad. So he wants to take the 3s-ge from the celica and put it into his mr2 if its not to bad of a swap (hes a wireing master so that wont be a problem). Thanks in
