This has been bugging me for the longest time!! Ok how does one go about swaping a na to 3sgte in california and be able to smog/register it to legaly own and drive it? Ive seen the asians around throwing whatever motor they wnat into there hondas and have no problem. Please an answer would be most appreciated.
