I got this 86 NA MR2 about 3 months ago and its been running and shifting great. Yesterday, however, it became extremely difficult to shift into just about any gear untill the car really warms up. It difficult to the point of grinding once in a while and making it barely driveable untill things warm up after about 15 minutes of driving. Once warm, it seems to shift fine. I went to check the tranny fluid level but didn
