Had third gear go on my sweetheart way back in 2013 or something. Went through a few aw11s since then but finally I decided to tackle the problem. Removed the transmission, opened the casing up. (Remember to bag and label) and found that half of the no.2 shift fork was snapped off. These three forks are made of aluminum, which I suspect is the reason for failure. Went down to Toyota and ordered a replacement for around 120$ cdn. Which is what in usd.? Like 8 bucks or something. The
