When I first start the car the intensity of the lighting of the lights on my dashboard fluctuates a little bit. When the car warms up it stops and the lights stay still. When I turn on an indicator the lights on the heater settings blink at the same time the indicator lights blink. Bad ground? Also when I push the throttle my headlights go brighter.
