Just swapped a 4AGZE into my 1989 N/A. Having an issue... [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

start, plugs, swapped, 4agze, sputter, dizzy, chance, rotor, cranks, depressed, fully, 1989, wednesday, surgery, heart, ride, appreciated, dried, greatly, flooded, rpms, steady, long, hold, 5-10%, found, seconds, press, accelerator, issue, pulled, fuel, fine, foot, completely, minute, shutting, started, cleaned

So, I swapped in a 4AGZE into my two and it started fine, but would sputter and die within five seconds. I found that if I press the accelerator about 5-10% it would hold steady around 1k rpms. It seems to rev okay too as long as I didn
