- Ok, the last week I finally dicided to pull th dizzy to replace the leaking oil seal.
I turned the crank until the cam notch was showing atmost vertical and the rotor was horizontal facing right.
While I had the dizzy off, it got cleaned, heat shield painted with POR15, both pickup tested (in spec on both) and new seals installed. I did not replace the bearing as it test/showed to be good.
Today I installed it and every went well, until I tried to set the timing or I should say until
