Did some searching before posting, ran in to a few possible leads before posting but still coming up with nothing that is solving the issue. I currently have the Charge, Cooling Fan, and Brake Warning lights on my 88 NA MR2. I followed the step by step process in the MK1 MR2 Write page for replacing the alternator since it describes the problem with the voltage regulator in the alternator. After replacing the alternator and the battery on a full recharge from autozone, I still have the warning
