I just received a shift boot & console arm rest from topgaiters on Ebay. VERY nice quality, very reasonable price, and friendly people. The armrest was a bit of work to glue on and remove (most of) the wrinkles, but it looks and feels better than stock. I put half inch foam underneath the leather and used 3M stage 2 automotive glue. Ships from overseas, but they worked with me on combined shipping and it arrived in just a couple of weeks. They will be my go-to-guys on automotive leather.
