SOLVED I have read the check engine light and get one flash 2 second delay then 2 flashes. The car is a 1989 so I read that as (2 digit code 12) RPM signal from distributor to ECU. The car cranks so it must be the igniter/igniter circuit, ECU, or distributor/circuit, (not the starter/signal circuit?). There is a thick black wire with a white stripe that is disconnected near the igniter plugs (not the black/yellow ground). It is coming from the harness and doesn
