Ok so after changing the water pump the first time the water would not move. like a stuck t-stat. took a closer look at the impeller on the new pump compared to the original toyota pump, BIG difference! All i can figure is this new pump was for that motor but not for that car. mr2 has a lot long route to pump the water. maybe im wrong, but the second water pump had a little bit bettter impeller but still not like the stock toyota. ive got a new radiator and hoses and still cannot get that
