I recently completed a cylinder head rebuild but when I started the car, it was running on three cylinders. Injector on cylinder one is not firing but the other three are working fine. The two wires running to cylinder one injector are both grounded. The car definitely has spark. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue? Thanks
